Question 1: Can you tell us about your career at Deezer and what led you to join the company?
My career path at Deezer began after I finished my computer science program in Paris. I joined the company as a junior developer, where I had the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects. I've always been fascinated by music and technology, which made Deezer the perfect choice for me.
Question 2: What qualities do you value most in your colleagues, and what expectations do you have of them?
I appreciate the collaboration and the good understanding within our team. For me, efficiency and rigour are essential qualities. I expect my colleagues to share these values and work together to achieve our common goals
Question 3: How has the COVID-19 pandemic affected the way you work at Deezer and your relationships with your colleagues?
The COVID-19 crisis was managed effectively through remote working, which allowed our team to remain productive. The relationship with my colleagues is excellent, even from a distance. We were able to maintain constant communication and solve problems together.
Question 4: As an aspiring project manager, what are your future goals at Deezer?
My main goal is to move up the ranks and become a project manager. I want to contribute more to project management and the management of the company. I am determined to continue to develop my management and leadership skills to achieve this goal.

This philosophy resonates with me. My speed can sometimes cause mistakes, which is why I strive to be rigorous in my tasks. I place a high value on precision and organization, which is essential to ensure the quality of our work at Deezer.
Question 6: Can you tell us about the challenges you face in your day-to-day role at Deezer?
As a developer, challenges often include solving complex technical problems and managing tight deadlines. In addition, I am working on improving my management skills to progress to a project manager position. This involves juggling technical development and management responsibilities, which can be demanding but rewarding.
